ABOUT
We wish to acknowledge and honour the land upon which we settle as the historical and traditional territory of First Nation peoples. We recognize, honour and hold deep gratitude and respect for the Anishinabek (Ojibway / Chippewa), Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation; for their stewardship of these lands and their culture and wisdom shared over millennia. We acknowledge that care and connection to the land, providing us the opportunity to work here, while continuing to honour the heritage and build community on this land. We continue to learn and stand in allyship with the Indigenous peoples of these lands for their right to self-determination and decolonization. We hold gratitude for our Mother Earth, for her offering of all life, love and nourishment, and we honour her in continued stewardship, by being living examples of our respect and gratitude for her.

INVIBE's work focuses on supporting individuals seeking personal development through "alternative" modalities, in 1:1, group and workplace- setting formats. Understanding that it is our inner world that ultimately shapes our outer expression, through these various formats, we work with individuals who are open to that inner reflection, exploring their inner world and who ultimately are motivated to take the necessary action towards change and their higher self, both personally and professionally.
Our process framework is an integration of growth mindset, vulnerability, and authenticity, integrated with Reiki, an energetic healing modality, along with other forms of inner reflection, intuitive connection and self-expression. Our offerings provide individuals with the tools that will allow them to be more connected to self, and to be able to promote their own individuality and creative expression, while sharing their unique and innate gifts. Understanding this path is not linear, the goal is the embodiment of authentic wholeness of being, and self-awareness rooted in self-love and self-trust that you can apply in life and business!
